During a recent medical visit, Valecia's physician ordered an IV of labetalol for her very high blood pressure. The nurse did not have access to the prescribed drug and substitut fenoldopam without first checking with the physician. Although there was no indica of drug allergies in Valecia's medical record, she had an immediate negative reaction the medication. Is the nurse or physician negligent or liable for the issue?​
