An urgent help !!

If anyone of you have ever been to a Massage then plese answer my question that follows:
I have got an assignment to complete in my Biology chapter "muscles".
The assignment is:
Interview a person who have ever been to a Massage and ask them about how they felt while they were recieving the Massage.

Please anyone who have had a Massage, write down your experience in a paragraph. ​

It was all fun and games until they massaged my a ss. It was all pain no enjoyment. Twas an experience I don't wish to go through again. A pain I wish upon my enemies is simply a massage by an aggressive person. After all there was no relief expect for the person who gave it. Tis 30 bucks that could change one's life. DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT THIS AVOID MASSAGES

We really feel relaxed when we get a massage as it helps to reduce pain in the muscles........ and even in the nerves....

Consider when muscles are contracted they give pressure on our nerves which causes a very painful sensation........

Thus a massage therapy can make ur muscles loose and less tired...............................................
