I would say that it would form more visual elements but its not necessary. Also a utopia is basically what would make the world your own in the best ways
i think the ability to see color could be important if you really wanted to get the full spectrum of what the world really looks like. Utopias are different for everybody. your utopia could be full of color where as mine could be colorless. It all depends on what your own utopia would look like. do you think seeing color is important or does it take away the fact that there’s more to life than just seeing color
