Let the actual length of the route be x.

Here, map distance : actual distance = 1: 300

[tex]\dfrac{1}{300}=\dfrac{28}{x}\\\\x=28\times 300\\\\x=8400\ cm[/tex]

So, the actual length of the route is 8400  cm.
