One thing you do to be more inclusive towards LGBTQIA people is to treat them like how you want others to treat you. Let them know that they are just as important just like the rest of us and that there rights matter.
Advocating for our rights as well as our trans and people of colours rights! Treating us like were normal (which we are. being LGBTQIA+ should be more normalized-). Learning about our culture and how to figure out pronouns, genders, and sexualities without being disrespectful. Feel free to ask more questions on my page comments!!
