Even though everyone has there own personal opinion on this, I feel like it should be more efficient due to the common amounts of government shutdown. Because congress has more elections (once ever two years) they are more focused on becoming reflected which results in them shying away from bigger issues such as abortion and climate change. On the other hand, the constitution created this process so bills won’t be created all the time.
