Because fiber helps the digestive tract to be constantly healthy it helps to prevent diseases like type 2 diabetes and bowel cancer.

  • Vitamin D: Can be found in foods  like tuna, mackerel, and salmon, soy milk, Beef liver,Cheese., Egg yolks. Vitamin D helps to improve immunity and also protects the bone, muscle, and heart.

  • Iron: Can  be found in Seafoods, legumes, spinach.  raisins and  Iron-fortified cereals etc. Iron prevents  Anemia and  Boosts production of  Hemoglobin in the body. it also Improves Endurance and reduces tiredness.

  • Sodium and cholesterol should be avoided as much as possible because they tend to be causes of major health conditions.
