Why would House representatives be constantly campaigning?
A. Campaigning is a duty outlined in the Constitution.
B. They serve six-year terms.
C. They serve two-year terms
D. Campaigning is more important than legislating
They only serve two year terms, and since the normal amount of time to campaign is about a year or more, they constantly campaign to get re-elected at the end of their term.
