Answer:
The sequence would be arithmetic. This is because an arithmetic sequence has a common number multiplying, adding, subtracting etc. The common rule for this set of numbers was x5. 9x5=45, 45x5=225 etc. We simply used this method with negative numbers, but the rule was still multiplying.
