If someone cannot lead, then they will not be successful in the business world. Say, you get a promotion. A new office, better pay, but.. you have to rise above other stations and lead people to success. How would you succeed without knowing what you're doing? You need to teach those people to lead, but how do you do that if you're not a leader yourself? Anyway, that's just one woman's opinion.
