Does anyone have any tips on how to stop being lazy and unmotivated and try to study? I’ll just feel so tired and disconnected to everything and I keep on over thinking about it while getting a sick feeling in my stomach from it. I just need some tips and help to study and do it daily?

one of the things that helps is to study at certain times, because trying to do it for a while at once, you will feel burnt out. try to study for a half hour, then go do something else for a half hour to an hour, and just keep doing that until you feel more comfortable and motivated to start studying for a longer time.
