2nd amendment (The right to bear arms)- The right to own a firearm and ammunition to be able to protect yourself, and to also protect yourself against the government (Militia).

It’s important to know because its a way to protect yourself when the government can’t, or will not when it becomes corrupt and needs to be overthrown by the militias (state army’s)

If laws are passed stating certain guns are Illegal would interfere on the second amendment on the right to own whatever gun. Plus the government classifies the guns, so they can claim that a gun is a certain type that’s illegal which could ultimately get rid of every type of gun normal people own.
