This isn’t really solvable rationally if that’s what your trying to do but irrationally:

sqrt means square root

(-x + sqrt6) (x + sqrt6)

= -x^2-sqrt6x+sqrt6x+6

= -x^2 + 6

so x = -sqrt6 and sqrt6
