Hi which formula do i use for this and how do I find the answer?

The perimeter of a square is given by:
[tex]P=s+s+s+s[/tex]Where:
s = Length of one side
Add like terms:
[tex]P=4s[/tex]Since the perimeter is 6 meters, then:
[tex]\begin{gathered} P=6m \\ 6=4s \end{gathered}[/tex]Solve for s:
[tex]\begin{gathered} s=\frac{6}{4} \\ s=\frac{3}{2} \\ s=1.5m \end{gathered}[/tex]
